When did you start getting into BBQ, and why?
I have been into BBQ for about 10 years. I have always loved to cook, and BBQ has really been my favorite way to feed my friends and family.
What are your favorite BMC partner brands?
RevvedUp Hot Sauce, Ken Knife Co, and Meat N Bone are some of my favorite brands on BMC
What are your favorite rubs/sauces?
Right now I am very into Kosmo Q rubs. Revolution BBQ rubs, and any mustard based sauce!
What is your winning recipe?
My winning recipe is my Bourbon BBQ Maple Spare Ribs.
What is the most bizarre thing you made?
Most recently I just cooked my first whole hog. It was a blast and can not wait to do another.
What is BBQ for you?
BBQ for me is feeding my friends and family. There is nothing better than good food,
cold drinks and good times with the people that you love.
