INGREDIENTS

Pizza Dough

  • 650 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tsp yeast
  • 6 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp salt

 

 

 

Toppings

  • 4 Cups Pulled Pork
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 5 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5 TBSP Sweet BBQ Rub

BBQ Pizza

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together 650 ml warm water, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp oil, 4 tsp yeast, 6 cups of flour, 1 tsp saltLet proof for 1 hour
  2. Assemble all ingredients for toppings
  3. Preheat Pizza Oven or Charcoal Grill (with pizza stone) to 650 degrees.  Or, Pellet Grill (pizza stone) to max temperature (approx 450-500 degrees)
  4. Separate dough into 4-6 portions, and roll out into pizza crusts
  5. On all the crusts, spread out BBQ Sauce, sprinkle BBQ rub, add pulled pork and red onion and top with cheese.
  6. Cook until done
