Honey Ginger Salmon With Pineapple Chipotle Glaze

DIRECTIONS

ON THE GRILL

  1. Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
  2. Grill direct at 375 deg skin side down
  3. Pull it at an internal temp of 145 deg
  4. Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
  5. Place Salmon back on Grill until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min on grill)

IN THE OVEN

  1. Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
  2. Pre-heat oven to 375 deg
  3. Spray a baking sheet with Duck Fat Spray and place Salmon Skin down
  4. Bake until internal temp is at 145 deg and then pull
  5. Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
  6. Place Salmon back in Oven until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min)

PAN SEARED

  1. Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
  2. Heat pan to medium temperature with a little EVOO
  3. Place salmon in pan skin side down
  4. Pull it at an internal temp of 145 deg
  5. Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
