INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1lb maple breakfast sausage
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Cheese
  • Onions
  • Bacon

Maple Brunch Sliders

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat grill to 400°
  2.  Dice and carmelize onions (set aside for assembly)
  3.  Mix beef and sausage together
  4.  Form a large pattie the size of the whole loaf of Hawaiian rolls
  5.  Season with your favorite sweet rub
  6. .Grill on both sized as you would a normal burger until it hits your desired internal temp (for example
  7. medium, medium well or well done) 
  8.  Cook the bacon and crumble (set aside for assembly)
  9.  Cut entire Hawaiian roll load to create a massive bun.
  10.  Put the patty down
  11. Top with caramelized onions and bacon crumbles
  12.  Top with the cheese
  13.  Put top bun on
  14.  Wrap entire thing in foil and toss back in the grill to melt the cheese (3-5 minutes)
